ColdCuts // HotWax is an online record shop (soon to be physical record shop!) dedicated to providing a diverse selection of vinyl records and CDs to music enthusiasts. We pride ourselves on our passion for music and commitment to excellent customer service.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join on a part-time basis, working 1-2 days a week. This role involves assisting with various tasks related to stock management, order processing, and general support for the store owner.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in processing stock, including uploading new records and CDs to our website and Discogs.

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

- Provide support to the store owner with miscellaneous tasks (social media, setting up the new shop etc.) as needed.

- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure stock areas are tidy.

Requirements

- No previous experience required.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Strong computer skills for uploading products online.

- Ability to work independently.

- Passion for music is a plus!
