Monday 5th January: Normal service resumes - any messages you've sent will be replied to over the next 1-2 working days. Please allow me couple days to ship your outstanding orders. For UK customers, you'll receive your outstanding orders some time between 7th-9th January. Worldwide orders will receive them some time between 12th-16th January.
