About this release
Naya Beat revisits Asha Puthli's recordings through six remixes drawn from the original stems of her first four studio albums. Yuksek opens with I Am Song (Sing Me), followed by Maurice Fulton's take on Space Talk and Kraak & Smaak's version of Lies. Label heads Turbotito & Ragz handle One Night Affair, while Psychemagik rework Right Down Here and Jitwam closes with I'm Gonna Dance. The album connects Puthli's disco and soul catalogue to contemporary club production without losing the central role of her voice. This six-track LP presents the remixes together, with each producer's credit included in the tracklist.
