About this release
Billy Frazier's Billy Who? / The Mind Blower brings two disco-funk recordings together on Spaziale Recordings' official, remastered twelve-inch. Billy Who?, originally released in 1980, leads the first side with its mid-tempo groove, vocal character and instrumental breaks. The reverse carries The Mind Blower (Finally Got His Mind Blown), giving the release a second recording from Frazier's catalogue. Both songs became part of the underground disco repertoire associated with clubs such as the Paradise Garage and The Loft. The single presents one recording per side, bringing two tracks from Frazier's catalogue into the same release.
