About this release
Cenk Esen’s Endlessly brings piano-led compositions together with voices, synthesizers and a rhythm section featuring drummer MckNasty and bassist Tom Driessler. The eight-track programme includes “Air Traffic Controller” and “They’re Just Not That Into Me Anymore”, with shorter “PHASED” pieces marking changes in the sequence. Güya contributes to “PHASED II”, while Leyla Huysal sings on “Endlessly, I’m Erased”. “H E R ?” features Lucy-Anne Daniels’s voice, cello and additional production from Aydın Esen. Sessions at London’s AIR Studios sit alongside the closing “23 (Live In Istanbul)”, giving the album both studio and live perspectives.
