About this release
Belgian duo Chassé bring five deep house cuts to Selections with In My Mind EP. The twelve-inch pairs musical detail and warm chords with rougher drum textures, including a remix from House Of Lords.
In My Mind opens with dusty percussion and jazz-leaning keys before House Of Lords gives it a firmer club rhythm. Day By Day works through burrowing chords and loose drum hits, while Shine On Me and Your Soul round out the reverse.
