About this release
Montreal producer Dave Allison moves between disco-funk, beatdown and deep house on ‘Conscious Dream’. Across twelve tracks, the album balances club-focused grooves with more atmospheric, laid-back passages, bringing together ‘Starlight Strobe’, ‘Moments In Time’, ‘Sunbeams’ and ‘We Got The Groove’. The final side closes the sequence with ‘Glow In The Dark’, ‘Do You Remember?’ and ‘Moonlight In Dub’. Kinjo’s double-vinyl edition spreads the programme across four sides and is pressed on purple vinyl.
