About this release
Demuir brings gospel, funk and jazz influences into his house productions on The Intersecting Virtues Of Love And Respect. The eight-track double LP arrives on Purveyor Underground Limited with warm samples, expressive keys and detailed drum programming.
TIVLR - Moment Of Clarity and Alone In Chicago introduce the album's soulful approach. Later cuts move from the flowing keys of Somethin 'Bout Respect to the deeper Know Thy Value, before Speak Power To Your (Black) Man closes the set.
