About this release
The House Of Beretta Volume 1 brings together Dez Andres, Curiel, Evan Rhodes, DJ Cent and Ryan Sadorus for a 12" compilation on Beretta Music. The five tracks offer a varied view of Detroit house, from warm, hip-hop-informed grooves to tougher drums and disco-driven energy.
Dez Andres opens with "Ready Disco", followed by Curiel's "Keep You That Way" and the minimal shuffle of Evan Rhodes' "We Go Low". DJ Cent takes a darker turn with "Malfunction", before Ryan Sadorus closes with the driving disco-house of "Cultivate". The compilation reflects the artists and music of the label’s BerettaMusic and Friends residency at Spkrbox.
