About this release
Only Love / TT is the third vinyl-only release from the Duzer project, pairing two reworks on a red vinyl 12-inch. Only Love draws on Saint Etienne’s Only Love Can Break Your Heart for its house treatment, retaining a connection to the source’s familiar melody. On the reverse, TT reworks Timmy Thomas’s Why Can’t We Live Together with a more laid-back feel. One track occupies each side, giving the two interpretations their own space. The release keeps the project’s focus on house while allowing the contrasting source material to shape each cut.
