About this release
Jazz N Palms revisits Ses Rodes with eight new versions by Riccio, reworking the album’s instrumentals through fresh mixes, drum arrangements and previously unused takes. The music draws on the quieter side of Ibiza, where the original sessions grew from meetings with local musicians. Mañana moves into broken beat, Mediodia leans towards jazz-funk and Tarde brings disco into focus. Noche combines pads and vibraphone, while Mar places saxophone alongside bass and keys. Playa, Bosque and Cielo complete a sequence that balances Balearic ease with more dance-led passages. Ses Rodes Revisades appears here across two white vinyl records.
