About this release
John Morales's M+M Mixes Volume IV continues with a four-track double-vinyl selection for Part B. Barry White's Let The Music Play opens the set in a John Morales M+M Mix, with Teena Marie's Lovergirl on the reverse. MFSB's Love Is The Message follows in the extended Philly Long Message Street Strutin' Mix, before Mannix's Standing Right Here completes the fourth side. The collection draws on Morales's work with original multitrack recordings, allowing him to develop the songs' instrumental passages and vocal arrangements. Each of the four mixes occupies a full side on this BBE Music edition.
