About this release
Danny Krivit brings his Mr K alias to Razor-N-Tape with two edits drawn from his personal selection. Stuff begins with a saxophone loop treated with reverb, building towards horn stabs and vocals above a busy rhythm section. The Story moves at a gentler pace, allowing its string arrangement and groove to settle into focus. The two tracks show contrasting sides of Krivit's editing approach: the first develops its energy gradually, while the second leaves room for a more relaxed mood. This RNT038 12-inch pairs them across the A and B sides.
