About this release
Patrick Sullivan returns as P-Sol with a pair of reworks on his PS7 imprint. Everybody brings electric piano, a prominent bassline and selected vocal samples into a mid-tempo deep-house arrangement, keeping the mood warm and unhurried. Walk Away takes the reverse side, recasting Don't Walk Away around handclaps, percussion, bass guitar and winding instrumental solos. The two tracks share a relaxed rhythmic feel while drawing on different parts of the soul and R&B palette. Presented on 7 inch vinyl, the release pairs Everybody's 7 inch version with the contrasting textures of Walk Away.
