About this release
Residentes Balearicos join DJ Alfredo for Sundown, a vocal house track shaped by dub influences and an old-school groove. Cala Tarida Musica's four-track twelve-inch places the original alongside three remixes from Chris Coco and SIRS. Coco contributes the Sueño Mediterráneo Remix on the first side and the To The Bone Dub on the reverse, before SIRS closes the record with his own version. The mix of vocals, house rhythm and dub connects the collaboration with Ibiza's Balearic tradition, while the different versions give the song several routes through a DJ set.
