About this release
Rick Clarke’s ‘Time Keeps Moving On’ captures the meeting of British soul and early street soul in 1988. Originally issued by Raven, the album followed Clarke’s work with Brit-funk groups Potion and Side On and his earlier solo singles. Peter Hinds, associated with Take Three, Atmosfear and Light Of The World, co-wrote and co-produced much of the material, with a guest contribution from Master T, also known as Toyin Agbetu. The ten-song programme runs from the title track through ‘Grooving On’ and ‘I Wanted Your Love’ to ‘Perfect Lady’. Freestyle Records presents the complete album on vinyl.
