About this release
Coming Back Strong marks Whiskey Disco’s 75th vinyl release and brings label head Sleazy McQueen back with a three-track EP. Terry Grant opens the record with a remix of High On A Mountain, blending deep house and disco through a steadily developing arrangement. The original follows on the B-side with a more percussive disco approach, before Coming Strong closes the programme with a disco-infused house groove. The contrast between the extended remix and the two originals gives the EP a clear shape, with the same dancefloor focus running through all three selections.
