About this release
Syd Matters’ Someday We Will Foresee Obstacles returns on Third Side Records in an analogue remaster by Antoine ‘Chab’ Chabert. Originally released in 2005, the album brings Jonathan Morali’s distinctive voice and intimate songwriting into arrangements that connect indie folk with a broader alternative sound.
Obstacles and To All Of You reached a new audience through Life Is Strange, while City Talks, Someday Sometimes and Motion remain central to the album’s twelve-track sequence. This black vinyl reissue includes a printed inner sleeve and a 30 × 30 cm poster, presenting the songs in the edition supplied by Bigwax.
