About this release
The Sound Of Slip 'n' Slide, Vol. 2 brings together four selections from the label's house catalogue. Funky People and Cassio Ware open with the Masters At Work Main Mix of “Funky People”, followed by Booker T's Club Mix of LZ Love's “See The Light”. The reverse pairs Kings Of Tomorrow's “Open Your Mind” in its K.O.T. Mix with Kiko Navarro's extended Classic Re-Edit of Blaze's “Breathe”. Vocal hooks and warm, soulful grooves connect the four productions, offering a view of the label's sound through both original artists and remixers. The complete selection is pressed on black 12-inch vinyl.
