Mood Valiant is Hiatus Kaiyote's 2021 follow-up to Choose Your Weapon, released through Brainfeeder. Nai Palm's vocals and guitar sit alongside Paul Bender's bass, Simon Mavin's keys and Perrin Moss' drums, continuing the band's meeting of soul songwriting and jazz-informed musicianship.

The twelve-track album includes Red Room, Chivalry Is Not Dead and Get Sun, the latter featuring Arthur Verocai. Brief pieces such as Flight Of The Tiger Lily and Hush Rattle sit within the wider sequence, leading towards Stone Or Lavender and Blood And Marrow. This vinyl LP presents that full album programme.
