About this release
Miche's second With Love compilation brings independently released soul, boogie, gospel-disco and Brazilian recordings into a more dance-focused selection. The fifteen-track vinyl programme draws on artists from the United States, Brazil and Chile, moving through Maxwell's Realize, Freedom's High On You and songs by Banda 22 and Zé Da Lata. The Family Tree's gospel interpretation of Stevie Wonder's As, produced by Julius Brockington, gives the collection a further lift. P.J. City's Straight Forward (Non-Stop) and The Eleventh Commandment's Then I Reach Satisfaction add distinct rhythmic settings. Mr Bongo presents this volume across two vinyl LPs.
