About this release
Iron Leg pairs with Chocolate on this remastered Mickey & The Soul Generation seven-inch. Part of the San Antonio funk scene led by Mickey Foster, the band made instrumental recordings that placed rhythm and ensemble playing at the centre. This single brings two of those recordings together, with Iron Leg on the first side and Chocolate on the reverse. The GC Production reissue comes on black vinyl with a large centre hole and a picture sleeve reproducing the original artwork. GC5002 presents the two-track pairing in its single format.
