About this release
Soul Is My Salvation Chapter 5 pairs two gospel recordings selected by Tone B. Nimble for Rain & Shine. Fay Hill's I Know Who You Should See comes from her This Is A Blessing album and appears here under licence from the WFL label's family trust. Peaches Mann's Get In Rhythm With God's Love takes the reverse, moving towards a more uptempo disco feel. The single connects gospel singing with soul and dancefloor rhythms, following the series' focus on music made to uplift through both words and sound. Its sleeve forms part of Charlotte McCrae's connected artwork for the eight-part series.
