About this release
Soul Is My Salvation Chapter 8 closes the original eight-part series with two gospel selections curated by Tone B. Nimble. Bibleway Church Of God In Christ's Since Jesus Came Into My Life takes the first side, drawing on the group's 1980 private-press album What Do You Say About Jesus. Eliezer Mass Choir's Where He Leads Me follows on the reverse with a more disco-oriented sound. The pairing brings choral gospel and soul into the seven-inch format, connecting congregational singing with dance rhythms. Released by Rain & Shine, its sleeve completes Charlotte McCrae's connected design across the eight chapters.
