About this release
Teasing You Again finds Willie Tee revisiting his earlier Teasing You song with a 1972 New Orleans arrangement. The recording places his singing against a piano-led backing, reflecting the development of his sound from 1960s soul towards the fuller productions of the following decade. Your Love, My Love Together on the reverse adds a more rhythmic soul-funk counterpart. Gatur's remastered 7-inch reissue brings the two songs together with replica label artwork, preserving the original pairing. The single brings this early-1970s chapter of Tee's work back into focus through the updated title song and its companion.
