About this release
Dungeon Funk 02 brings four producers together for the second collaboration between Dungeon Meat and SlapFunk. Khun opens with Prince, combining swung rhythms with subtle synthesizer tones and space around the groove. Nay Barr’s Kidnapped follows with a firmer pulse. On the B-side, Patrizio Scope’s Terdiek8 uses fluid bass and shifting effects, before Yugwan’s Fungeondunk connects garage rhythms with tech-house drive. The selection gives each producer a distinct place in the sequence, moving between reduced arrangements, heavier grooves and more elastic rhythmic details. Released on Dungeon Funk as DF02.
