Various - El Sonido De Fingier Records

El Sonido de Fingier Records gathers the early singles from Kevin Fingier's label onto one LP. Established in 2020 within Acid Jazz, the imprint focuses on the Argentine producer's Latin American recordings and the musicians assembled as the Kevin Fingier Collective. Diane Ward, Jo-Ann Hamilton and Gerri Granger feature alongside Brazilian singer Jose Dias and Senegalese vocalist and percussionist Abdoulaye Badiane. Twelve tracks bring these collaborations together, connecting soul, Latin rhythms and instrumental selections. The sleeve's photography and graphics reflect the visual identity developed across Fingier Records' seven-inch releases.
