About this release
Boogie Down Edits turn to A Tribe Called Quest for the second volume of their house-edit series. The four cuts keep the hooks and musical character of the source material in focus while reshaping the grooves for mixing and dancefloor use. “Award Tour” and “4Momz” share the A-side, with “Clap Your Hands” and “OMG” on the flip. The result sits between the familiar swing of the originals and the steadier momentum of house, offering four different ways into the crew's approach.
