About this release
One For The Treble (Fresh) presents Davy DMX's 1984 hip-hop and electro recording in vocal and instrumental versions. Its programmed rhythm and electronic arrangement place it within the early crossover between rap records and electro dance music. The vocal mix occupies the first side, while the instrumental gives the production its own space on the reverse. Tuff City's remastered reissue brings the pairing to 7-inch vinyl, preserving both versions in a compact single format. This edition is pressed on blue vinyl and contains the complete vocal and instrumental pairing.
Format: 7" blue vinyl
