About this release
I Wander puts DjRUM's work as a composer at the centre of a continuous piece for Houndstooth. Percussive elements move across the stereo field, giving the arrangement a sense of space as it develops. The music retains a connection to the soundsystems and dancefloors that shaped him as a DJ, while allowing more exposed and emotionally direct passages to unfold. Rather than dividing the vinyl programme into separate movements, the record presents the complete piece across side A. Custom etched artwork occupies the reverse, making this a single-sided audio release.
Format: 12" Vinyl EP with etched artwork on side B
Label: Houndstooth
Catalogue number: HTH185LP
