Eels - Hombre Lobo

Hombre Lobo is the seventh studio album from Eels, the evolving project of singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Mark Oliver Everett. Recorded at his Los Angeles studio with Koool G Murder on bass, keyboards and guitar and Knuckles on drums and percussion, it centres on desire and its less comfortable edges. Everett’s direct, sometimes bitter lyrics sit within the familiar Eels combination of downbeat pop and distortion. The twelve-track album includes Prizefighter, That Look You Give That Guy and Fresh Blood, with Ordinary Man bringing the record to a close. This E Works edition comes on vinyl in a gatefold sleeve.
