About this release
Brazilian musician, songwriter and producer Pedro Guinu makes his Razor-N-Tape debut with Palagô. Recorded live in the studio, the ten-track album connects his relationship with Rio de Janeiro to Brazilian musical traditions and African rhythms. Warm arrangements, improvisation and interlocking grooves draw on the textures of 1970s analogue recordings while allowing Guinu's own songwriting and production to lead. This black vinyl LP includes a picture sleeve and printed inner sleeve.
