Lewis Taylor - Numb

Lewis Taylor returned to recording after a seventeen-year break with Numb, his sixth album. Written and recorded over two years, the ten songs explore the darker, more introspective side of his psychedelic soul, with the multi-instrumentalist's detailed arrangements supporting themes of self-examination. Initially released on Taylor's own Slow Reality label, the album is licensed to Be With Records for this double vinyl edition. Final Hour opens the sequence, followed by the title track and Feels So Good; Nearer and Being Broken share the final side. It is a sustained return to Taylor's distinctive, late-night musical world.
