Magic Source, led by producer Björn Wagner of The Mighty Mocambos and Bacao Rhythm & Steel Band, records this Favorite twelve-inch on sixteen-track analogue tape. Vintage equipment and live playing give the group's disco approach its particular character.

Riviera Drive stretches percussion, horn themes and wandering keyboards into an extended Mediterranean-flavoured groove. On the reverse, Tom Tom Club's Genius Of Love becomes an instrumental led by echoed flute, drawing on jazz and yacht-soul colours. A shorter radio edit of Riviera Drive completes the record, offering a more compact version alongside the full-length cut.
