Amsterdam producer Malin Genie returns to Up The Stuss with Phaethon, a four-track EP that moves through different corners of his house sound. The record runs from bright, resonant synth work to skittering low-end grooves and more twisted club textures, with Phaethon and Gamma Gazette on the A-side and Wooble and Going To The Beach All Day on the reverse. Known both for his solo work and as one third of Mandar alongside Lazare Hoche and S.A.M., Genie brings that range into a compact club release. This edition is pressed on purple vinyl.
