About this release
Elastic reunites Alex Kassian and Hiroaki Oba as Opal Sunn for three phases on Test Pressing Recordings. The first part occupies the A-side, moving through deep electronic trance with a dancefloor focus. On the reverse, Phase II shifts towards dub before Phase III opens into an ambient version. Released as the opening instalment in a planned trilogy, the 12-inch approaches the same material through three distinct settings, moving from club momentum to a more spacious close.
