About this release
IES – Italian Erotic Sounds brings seven Italian recordings together through Early Sounds Recordings’ collaboration with the Eleven label and A. Dallera. Inspired by the country’s sexy-comedy film era, the selection moves between disco and funk through instrumental passages, vocal cuts and rhythm-led arrangements. Nando De Luca opens with Kamasultra, followed by Julie Wilde, Tullio De Piscopo and Monique Rossi on the first side. Augusto Martelli, Mimesis and Persimfans complete the flip, including an unreleased version of Diva Da Strapazzo. This edition brings the complete seven-track selection together on one vinyl LP.
