Wrekin Havoc - Playing With Fire

Playing With Fire launches Wrekin Havoc's edit series with four Balearic selections. The approach is deliberately restrained: extend the arrangements and add occasional touches while leaving the character of the source recordings in place.

Oh La Lover, Love Shock and We're Truckin' provide the record's three steady European chuggers. Catch Me If You Can closes the second side with the end of the night in mind, shifting the emphasis towards sunrise listening. The four edits sit together on the group's first twelve-inch, WH001, covering both the slower dancefloor and the moments after it.
