About this release
Fold returns on FLDIN2 with Lotion EP, a 12" vinyl pre-order inspired by early 2000s London pirate radio, UK garage and low-lit club pressure.
'Lotion' is crisp, skeletal and bass-heavy, with chopped vocal fragments and wobbling low-end movement, while 'Soft Launch' opens into a fuller, more emotional garage cut. A smart UKG record for fans of Ben UFO, Joy Orbison, Floating Points and stripped-back bass-led club music.
