Afrosound / Wganda Kenya - Tiro Al Blanco / La Bomba

Afrosound and Wganda Kenya share a Panorama seven-inch drawn from Colombia’s tropical dance music scene. Tiro Al Blanco and La Bomba combine cumbia rhythms with rolling percussion, insistent basslines and swirling keyboards, reflecting a period when studio experimentation was expanding the sound. Electric organs, synthesizers and amplified instruments became part of that wider musical setting, pushing traditional rhythmic foundations into new arrangements. The pairing brings two different groups into the same groove-focused programme, with Afrosound on the A-side and Wganda Kenya on the reverse. Both recordings are remastered for this Discos Panorama series release.
