About this release
Resavoir’s Themes for Dreams finds Chicago composer and producer Will Miller working with a sparse, drum-free palette. Across thirteen pieces, horns, vintage keyboards and breath-controlled synthesis form patient melodies and gently shifting layers of sound.
The first Resavoir album on Miller’s L’UNIVERS imprint brings together collaborators including Marta Sofia Honer, Jeremiah Chiu, Macie Stewart, Matt Gold, William Corduroy and Molly Rife. The result is a quiet meeting of ambient composition and contemporary jazz. This is the standard black vinyl edition.
