Various - Soup Edits 2

The SOUP collective returns with Soup Edits 2, a four-track selection built for open-minded dancefloors. This second outing moves between a Balearic rarity, crisp machine-soul, a gospel and soul closer and a jazz-rock cut suited to the last stretch of a sunset session. The emphasis is on finding a fresh dancefloor use for records with character, with enough variety to carry the selection from warm-up territory into the end of the night.

Issued as a limited 12-inch on SOUP, SOUP2 keeps the presentation simple: four cuts identified by their vinyl positions, A1, A2, B1 and B2. A useful addition for selectors who like their disco and soul edits with a wider musical reach.
