About this release
Dr Packer reworks four tracks by multi-instrumentalist Vladimir Cetkar for M2MR, bringing a club-focused approach to the music’s disco and soul foundations. Don’t Make Me Wait opens with the percussion-led Galaxy Dub, followed by the more relaxed Ocean of Dub. Heavenly moves towards a firmer house rhythm on the reverse, while Ohrid combines strings and live instrumentation with a nu-disco groove. These four dub versions bring different parts of Cetkar’s arrangements forward, from rhythmic detail to melody, across a single 12-inch release.
