About this release
Simplr returns to Night Luv with NLUV 02, a limited hand-stamped 7-inch pairing two disco and house edits. Downtown Soul combines bright trumpet lines and funk bass loops with a lively, club-focused rhythm.
Those Days takes a deeper approach on the reverse, keeping its loose, live-feeling groove moving through repeating musical phrases. Two compact cuts built around the warmth and character of their source material.
