About this release
Luvcat's debut album Vicious Delicious moves through love, desire and unease with a theatrical, glam-influenced approach to songwriting. Its vivid lyrics and playful darkness sit against a raw musical edge, giving the record a mood that shifts between intimacy and drama. “Lipstick”, “Alien” and “Matador” open the album, with “He's My Man” and the title track following before a second half that includes “Spider”, “Emma Dilemma” and “Blushing”. This standard black double-vinyl edition presents the thirteen-track album across four sides, closing with “Bad Books”. It captures the character of Luvcat's songs in a full-length setting.
