Hello, I'm Billy! I run ColdCuts by myself. Usually orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours, but on occasions it may be 3-5 days when your order is shipped out.

We advise you to choose tracked shipping whenever possible as you are choosing non-tracked at your own risk.
Please note that at this time we are unable to provide returns to international customers. We are a medium sized, UK-based record store and the price of returns for international customers is commonly more expensive than the purchased items.
