International Service Update

Dear International Customers,

Royal Mail have now resumed tracking services for parcels:

https://www.royalmail.com/international-incident-bulletin

So, for anyone who chose tracked & insured delivery, we will be sending your parcel out to you very soon. 

However, Royal Mail are yet to reinstate un-tracked services. They should be reinstating this service very soon. 

To avoid delays to your parcels, we will be holding them in our office until Royal Mail have confirmed that they have resolved the problem.

If we sent them out to you now, they would be organised into a backlog and the delay would be significant.

If we hold them in our office and send them out to you when the issue has been resolved, they're more likely to move faster through Royal Mail's sorting system.

We'll keep you updated when we hear any new updates. 

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel is on its way to you.
