Oden & Fatzo - Lauren

Oden & Fatzo turn Men I Trust’s 'Lauren' into a house record with an unusually domestic origin. Fatzo began the track while showing his dad the difference between an edit and a remix, speeding up the song and adding drums and violin before Oden helped finish it. That experiment became the French trio’s crossover single, with the familiar vocal carried into a club setting. This B1 Recordings / Ministry Of Sound 12-inch pairs the Extended Mix with its Extended Mix Instrumental, giving DJs both the vocal version and a second option built around the backing track.
