µ-Ziq - Hello

Mike Paradinas closes the Magic Pony Ride chapter with Hello, a nine-track µ-Ziq release for Planet Mu. Conceived as a counterpart to the Goodbye EP, it pushes the breaks harder while keeping melody threaded through the detail. 'Iggy’s Song' incorporates a slowed sample of his son, and 'Ávila' looks towards his father’s Spanish hometown. The second side shifts the balance: 'Pyramidal Mind Dispersion' slows the pace, while 'Modulating Angel' sets choral textures against drum-and-bass rhythms. The closing pieces reconnect with the melodic experimentation of Lunatic Harness, bringing several strands of Paradinas’ work into view.
