About this release
AIR’s 1998 debut connects electronic production with the sound of vintage keyboards, French pop and film music. Moon Safari places Jean-Benoît Dunckel and Nicolas Godin’s instrumental arrangements alongside songs including Sexy Boy, All I Need and You Make It Easy, with longer pieces giving the melodies space to develop. La Femme D’Argent opens the ten-track programme, while Remember and Ce Matin Là show different sides of the duo’s approach before Le Voyage De Pénélope closes the record. This Parlophone vinyl edition retains the original sequence, bringing the vocal songs and instrumental passages together as a full-length album.
